Alan, a 51-year-old IT sales manager, was previously caught in a cycle of unhealthy habits: drinking 1–2 whiskies per week, following a poor diet, and getting insufficient sleep. These habits contributed to health issues, including high blood pressure, weight gain, and increased body fat.
Initially, Alan was hesitant to start weight training due to his complete lack of experience. However, after persistent encouragement from his wife, he finally decided to embark on his fitness journey.

Within just eight weeks, Alan began to see and feel significant changes. In the first 1–4 weeks, he primarily noticed a reduction in his waistline. In the subsequent weeks, improvements in his strength and stamina became increasingly apparent. Furthermore, his quality of sleep, focus, and energy levels also saw considerable improvement.
Crucially, his healthy routine started to solidify into lasting habits. Alcohol consumption was replaced with drinking 3 liters of water daily, fatty and sugary foods were swapped for lean meat and vegetables, and the low energy caused by lack of sleep was transformed into a productive morning routine that includes a one-hour walk.

“My fitness journey at Surge was challenging yet ultimately rewarding. I strongly encourage everyone to give their body a second chance to live a healthier, better life. By taking good care of your body, it will, in turn, take good care of you.”
