
Alix joined Surge at a time when both physical and mental challenges were taking a toll. Working in the building industry, ongoing stress had led to weight gain and declining motivation. A knee injury made movement uncomfortable and gradually pushed fitness out of her routine altogether.

Within her first year at Surge, Alix lost 10 kg and nearly 10 percent body fat. More importantly, she feels stronger, lighter, and in control of her health.
