
Since joining Surge Personal Training, Farhan has experienced a powerful shift not only in his physical strength but also in his relationship with food and body image. Working closely with Coach Charmaine, Farhan built strength and endurance while establishing a disciplined and sustainable workout routine. Over time, his strength and endurance improved significantly, and he achieved steady weight loss while building lean muscle, something he is especially proud of.
