DATA PROTECTION NOTICE
This Data Protection Notice (“Notice”) sets out the basis on which Surge Strength & Result Pte Ltd (“we”, “us” or “our”) may collect, use, disclose or otherwise process personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”).
This Notice applies to personal data in our possession or under our control, including personal data in the possession of organisations that we have engaged to collect, use, disclose or process personal data on our behalf.

Depending on the nature of your interaction with us, the personal data we may collect includes your name, contact details, date of birth, gender, photographs, emergency contact information, membership and attendance records, payment information, health and fitness information voluntarily provided by you, CCTV recordings, and information submitted through our website, social media platforms and online forms.
