I'm out of shape and have no experience, is this for me?

Everybody has a starting point. You don’t have to be fit to start training with us, it’s our job to get you there!

I have a medical / injury issue, can I still train at SURGE?

All our coaches will tailor your training program to your current fitness level, movement ability and injuries. We are happy to work alongside your physio/osteo/chiro and adjust your training if needed.

Can I train at SURGE if I am / recently been pregnant?

We have trained with many women both pre and post natal. However, we do ask that you obtain clearance from your doctor before you start your training with SURGE.

Can I come to SURGE and train on my own?

No – our private training facility is by appointment only and each client will have to be accompanied by a SURGE trainer.
