As Kris progressed in her weight loss journey, she recognized how important fundamental sustenance was for recovery and daily activities. This knowledge steered her away from low-nutritional foods like chips and alcohol. With that, Kris managed to fit into her wedding dress (even had to further size it down from her goal size).

She took it a step further as a personal challenge by joining the team shoot last year, and she saw her abs for the first time! From wishing to be the smallest in the room, Kris now aims to only grow stronger and bigger muscles with every session.
