Before joining Surge, Ricardo struggled with his body weight, lower back pain, and poor diet due to his career in sales and the demands of being a frequent flier, coupled with the fact that he had a son just over a year ago and found it difficult to keep up with him. He was eager to strengthen his posture, sleep, and self-image so that he could be the best dad possible to his newborn.
Danial managed to put together a structured training program that accounted for his injuries whilst strengthening his core and lower body and minimizing the risk of further injury. Ricardo also managed to implement a handful of new positive habits.
In 30 weeks, working with Danial his trainer, Ricardo managed to lose 8kg, 12% in body fat, and reduced his lower back pain allowing freedom of movement. Most importantly, the life-lasting habits he formed shall help him navigate through the daily challenges as he turns 40.
